Hi. I'm Kashif Bouns.

I'm a proud Pakistani Muslim who has been living in Australia for the past 7 years. I work as Multicultural Programs Coordinator at the Australian Football League (AFL) Victoria, where I coordinate and oversees the multicultural programs for the AFL within the state as well as national level. I also volunteer my time for a number of organizations and causes including the Pakistani Students Association of Australia (PSAA) as their Honorary Advisor where I provide advice about issues pertaining to the welfare of Pakistani students in Australia

I'm currently completing Master of Business Administration at Victoria University. As a part of my MBA, I recently visited France for a short student exchange scholarship. I also have a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Swinburne University of Technology.

I have received a multitude of awards for my work, including the Enterprising Grade of the Year 2013 from Box Hill Institute, the “Inspiring Youth” Community Award – 2012 initiated by the Australian Federal Police (AFP), and the Victorian Multicultural Award for Excellence – 2011 for Service Delivery to Multicultural Victoria initiated by the Victorian Government. I'm also a Deakin Golden Key Honorary Member. I recently visited Malaysia on behalf of the Australian Government on a cultural exchange program for emerging leaders.

I'm married and live in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. I enjoy travelling, reading, spending time with family and friends, and sport (namely cricket and football). I'm also an avid fan of the Pakistani cricket team and the Essendon Bombers.
